It’s expensive, but holy cow it’s fun. I have an old Land Camera (that I got for $1 at a thrift store in Florida) and a MiniPortait passport camera. With two lenses. Yes, it’s incredibly fun and you probably want to play with it.
I LOVE digital photography. But there’s something about the craft that film draws out of you - and the anticipation that comes from waiting on developed film. It’s like opening a present every time.
Here are a few digital pictures that make me smile really big - they seem to catch me off-guard every time I’m digging through folders looking for something else. Hopefully they’ll be a good look into both my mind and my heart.
